  • When does the course begin?

    You will be able to access the course from the 23rd of August onwards. Our first live session will take place on the 18th of September. You can check out the schedule on the course pages.

  • How long does my course take?

    All course materials and Zoom sessions will take place and be available until your exam.

  • What if I don't pass?

    If you bought a Pro or a ProPlus Pass, then you are entitled to a full refund if you fail a course for which you have taken all necessary ExamPass courses. Just email us a proof of your grade and you will get your money back immediately, it's that easy.

  • What are the payment options?

    You can pay with iDeal and PayPal.

  • The course has already started, can I still sign up?

    Yes, if you sign up before October, you get access to all knowledge clips, which gives you the option to catch up on previous material at your pace.

  • Can I cancel my registration?

    No, after you have had access to all course materials, we cannot allow cancellations.

  • What if I can’t make it to a live lesson?

    All live lessons will be recorded, so you can watch them back whenever and wherever you want.

  • What is Grasple?

    Grasple is part of the Pro and ProPlus Pass courses. It is a learning environment in which you can practice custom-made questions that will bring your exam prep to the next level.

  • Do you also offer 1-on-1 tutoring?

    No, unfortunately we cannot offer private tutoring at this point.
